Who we are

SWC Studios ("we") provides websites, website care plans and compliance documents to businesses ("you"). By ordering, you agree to these terms.

Websites

• Previews are free and carry no obligation. A preview may include placeholder details you confirm before launch.
• The one-page website ($750) and full website ($2,000) are one-time payments made after you approve the preview, and include two rounds of changes.
• We aim to go live within 72 hours of payment for one-page sites and about 5 business days for full sites, provided you give us access to connect your domain when needed.
• You own your domain and the delivered site files. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business details, licenses and claims shown on your site.

Website care plan

$49 per month, billed monthly through Stripe until cancelled. Cancel anytime from the billing portal link in your receipt; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. It covers hosting, security updates, reasonable monthly content edits and form checks. It does not cover new pages or redesigns, which we quote separately.

Compliance documents

• Documents are generated from your answers and public regulatory text. They are a starting point for your own program, not legal advice, and we make no guarantee that they satisfy any inspector, regulator, insurer, client or prequalification platform.
• You are responsible for reviewing, completing, signing, training on and following the document.
• Corrections within 30 days are free. If the document is not usable for your business, ask within 14 days for a full refund.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Except as stated above, website payments are refundable only if we fail to deliver the approved site. Google profile and growth plans carry a money-back guarantee on the work: if we miss a task the plan promises in a given month, tell us within 30 days and that month's fee is refunded in full. It covers the work, not search rankings, calls or sales. Contact us before opening a dispute and we will try to make it right.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or fines.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
