What we collect
- What you type into our forms: business details, your name, email, phone and questionnaire answers.
- Order and payment records from Stripe (we never receive or store full card numbers).
- Basic server logs and counts of preview views, used to run and secure the service.
- For outreach, publicly listed business contact details such as a business's own website and listing.
How we use it
To build your preview, deliver what you ordered, reply to you, send receipts and service messages, prevent abuse, and keep required business records. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run the service for us: Stripe (payments), our hosting providers, our email provider, and AI writing tools that draft website copy from the business details you give us. Each only gets what it needs for that job.
Every marketing email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribes are honored automatically.
Retention and your choices
We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require, and other data only as long as it is useful to serve you. Contact us to access, correct or delete your information.
