Do I really pay nothing until I approve the website?
Yes. The preview is free. If you like it, you pay $750 once through a secure Stripe checkout and we take it live. If you don't, you owe nothing.
How fast is it?
Previews usually arrive within one business day. Once you approve and pay, the site goes live within 72 hours. Full multi-page sites take about 5 business days.
Do I need a call or a meeting?
No. Everything runs through a short form and email. If you would like to talk, reply to any email and we will set it up.
What if I want changes?
Two rounds of changes are included with every website. With the care plan, monthly edits are included too.
Who owns the website?
You do: your domain and your files. The care plan is optional and month to month.
Are the compliance documents templates?
No. Each one is assembled from your answers, so sections that do not apply are left out and the ones that do are written for your work. You get an editable Word file and a PDF.
What does the care plan cover?
For $49/month we host the site, keep it secure, make your monthly text, photo and price edits, and check that your forms still deliver. Cancel anytime from the billing portal.
I already have a website. Can you redo it?
Yes. Put your current address in the form and we will build the preview around what is working and fix what is not.
Are the compliance documents legal advice?
No. They are a strong, specific starting point built from public regulations and agency guidance. You still review, sign, train your team and follow them. Corrections within 30 days are free.
What is your refund policy?
Websites are paid only after you approve the preview. Compliance documents carry a 14-day refund if the document is not usable for your business. See the Terms for details.
How do I pay?
By card or the other methods shown at checkout, through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
