Who this is for
Contractors and small service companies who have been asked for a written safety program by a general contractor, a prequalification platform such as ISNetworld or Avetta, an insurer, a client, or after an OSHA visit, and who do not want to pay a consultant $1,500 or spend a week adapting a generic template. The program is organized the way those reviewers expect: policy, responsibilities, hazard identification, training, incident handling and recordkeeping, then one section per hazard that your answers say applies (fall protection, hazard communication, PPE, lockout/tagout, silica, respirators, heat, excavation, confined spaces and more), a state addendum, and the forms.
Questions
Is this a template?
No. Every section is assembled from your answers (trade or process, equipment, chemicals, headcount, state and more), so sections that do not apply are left out and the ones that do are written for your work. You get the Word file to edit further.
Will it pass an inspection, prequalification or variance review?
Reviewers look for a program that is specific, signed, trained and followed. This gives you the specific, signed-ready document; you still have to train and follow it. We make no guarantee of acceptance; if a reviewer asks for changes, send us their notes and we revise it free within 30 days.
Is this legal advice?
No. Documents are generated from your answers and public regulatory text. They are a starting point for your own program, not legal advice, and no guarantee is made that they satisfy any inspector, regulator, insurer or client.
Refunds?
If the document is not usable for your business, reply to your delivery email within 14 days for a full refund.
Outside the United States?
The program is written to U.S. OSHA standards (29 CFR 1910 and 1926) and U.S. state rules. Buyers elsewhere can use it as a model but the citations will not match their law.
